Wayne Bould – President
Wayne is the Chief Operating Officer at Grange Resources, previously Director, Business Excellence for Newmont Mining Corporation’s global business operations. Prior to joining Newmont, he had considerable experience as a senior manager in management consulting, in the downstream oil industry with Shell Australia Ltd, and in the manufacture and distribution of timber products.
Scott Clyde – Vice President
Scot has been the General Manager at Vedanta Copper Mines of Tasmania for 6 years. He has 26 years experience in the Mining Industry in Australia, Africa and Latin America and has previously held Mine Manager and General Manager’s positions in gold and base metal operations.
Greg Hannan - Vice President
Greg is the General Manager of TEMCO. He was previously the TEMCO Production Manager. Greg is a Chemistry graduate of the University of Tasmania and has had more than 27 years experience in the Tasmanian smelting industries. He has held the General Manager’s position at TEMCO for the last 6 years.
Matt Daly
Matt is a mining engineer with more than 33 years experience, including the last 23 years in senior management roles in Australia. His experience is across both underground and open pit operations. Matt is the General Manager of Unity Mining Limited – Henty Gold Mine.
John Stanton
John Stanton has worked for Atlas Copco Construction and Mining for 35 years, currently the Regional Manager Tasmania – and key customer manager – Underground Equipment – Victoria. John is also a Board member of the Institute of Quarrying Australia, Chairman of the services, membership and supplier committee groups of the IQA and Tas IQA Branch Secretary.
Kim Denwar
Kim is the Exploration Manager at Bass Metals and has been is this position for 2 years. He has 26 years exploration experience for a variety of commodities and mineralisation styles in a range of countries and environments. Kim is a Tasmanian geologist and has explored in and around many of the West Coast Tasmanian mines.
Peter Hale
Peter is a Mechanical Engineering Consultant with over 40 years experience, mostly in Tasmania in both mining and minerals processing. Retired State Manager with Worley Parsons, Engineering Manager for Pitt & Sherry, Mechanical Engineering Consultant and Director of SEMF, Principal Engineer for Peter Hale Engineering, Chief Engineer for TEMCO and Engineer for Aberfoyle Mining Rossarden.
Ray Mostogl
Ray holds an Advanced Diploma as a Mechanical Engineer (Newcastle 1983). He has 30 years’ experience in the metals industry, BHP Steel, BHP Engineering, Rio Tinto Alcan, New Zealand, Queensland and Tasmania. Ray is the General Manager Operations – RTA Bell Bay Aluminium Smelter. Director Bell Bay Aluminium Ltd.
John Lamb
John is the General Manager, MMG Rosebery and Avebury Mines, former General Manager and SSE Century Mine (Qld) and has 12 years in mine management roles, 23 years in Mining (Tas, WA and Qld, open pit and underground, base metals and gold) and civil construction.
Roger Martin
Roger is past Chairman of Cornwall Coal. He has experience of 37 years in finance and accounting. He has held positions as Company Secretary of Goliath Cement Group, General Manager – Finance and Company Secretary of the Australian Cement Group. Roger has been a Director of the Minerals Council of Australia.
Jeremy Kouw
Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science – Metallurgy, RMIT (1983). He has 27 years’ experience in mining, mineral processing and recycling industries in Australia, China and Europe. Jeremy is the General Manager at Nyrstar Hobart.
